A partner at PKA, Tom practices primarily in the commercial litigation group.
His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including non-compete, non-solicitation and trade secret litigation, injunctions, and employment and closely-held shareholder disputes, which often lead to corporate transactions. He also has extensive experience in counseling and representing parties going through a divorce, including all issues such as parenting issues, support and asset valuation and division.
